The relatively young state of Kosovo is in the midst of development. It faces problems with infrastructure, politics, and many other aspects. Tourism is also still in its infancy. Therefore, delegates from the Kosovo Tourism Association traveled to Switzerland this spring to learn how successful tourism works, using the example of the Heidiland region.
