Since September 2014, the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) has been situated in the Toni-Areal in Zurich-West. The new campus in the former dairy – captured on 12 December – contains, amongst other things, a cinema and several concert halls, one of which is the so-called organ hall.

Am 12. Oktober 1976 in Uster geboren. Er besuchte dort die Schule. 1993 bis 1997 absolvierte er bei der Kaba AG in Wetzikon eine Maschinenzeichnerlehre mit begleitender Berufsmatura. Im November 1999 bei Karl Hofer Fotografenlehre. Seit August 2003 ist er vollwertiges Mitglied des Fotografenteams der NZZ. Ab März 2013 Themenfotograf bei Keystone.
