A meeting and interview with Bruna Martinelli, born in Avegno in 1926, who has always—and still does—work as a farmer. She loves combining rural activities with reading and writing, so much so that she has created fairy tales and children's stories and a beautiful book entitled "In the Folds of Time," published by Armando Dadò. In the interview, she will recount, and more importantly, tell herself, stories and events set in the context of a village in the Maggia Valley, but which could have happened in any other Ticino valley. The result is a portrait of a self-assured, clear-headed country woman with a strong and enviable temperament who grew up in the fields, experiencing a variety of experiences as a young girl with the self-confidence of a mature woman.
