Roland Guillaume and Jean-Michel Clerc are two passionate radio amateurs and weather balloon hunters. They spend hours tracking the probes sent into the sky by Météo Suisse using their antennas and electronic equipment. Météo Suisse rewards all the probes returned to it with 20 francs.
