It's like stepping into another, otherworldly world. Entering the part of the old house where Michael Drobny lives, one passes through a sunken hallway into the kitchen. A spicy, slightly sour smell hangs in the air. A glance into the adjoining rooms reveals a great deal of order in the apparent chaos. Books, records, and newspapers are stacked everywhere. Where Drobny usually spends the night, everything is covered in masks. Masks of all kinds that the owner has acquired over the years in the Stäfner Pfannenstil thrift stores. Lurking around the corner is a piano, its innards visible. A keyboard stands faithfully beside the piano. If one's gaze wanders further, one catches sight of the latest electronics: computers, notebooks, printers. And everywhere, books, books, nothing but books.
