A power struggle raged in the Winterthur Student Housing Association (Swowi) in the spring of 2014: The president allegedly diverted funds and illegally withheld contributions to housing assistance from the Charles E. Blatter Foundation. Are the allegations merely a reflection of internal disagreements, or is the president actually attempting to exploit his position?
