The offices of Asperger Informatik in Stäfa are completely silent; only occasionally can you hear the clacking of computer keyboards as the nine employees work diligently and concentratedly on their tasks. Even when two employees sit opposite each other, they communicate only via email; conversations are only scheduled during lunch breaks in the meticulously tidy kitchen, where every item has its precise location.
