For the portrait of the two Pöschwies Correctional Facility employees, the first hurdle was actually being admitted to the building. Once I got through the paperwork, handed over my ID, etc., I knew I wanted to show them behind bars. However, I wasn't sure if the people I portrayed would cooperate, and whether the idea would resonate with the communication team.
