Right next to the Hörnli Hut on the Matterhorn, I set up a small outdoor studio. I photographed portraits of mountaineers and rope teams the evening before the tour AND the following day upon their return. I was interested in the expressions of joy, disappointment, the climbers, exhaustion... Photographed in July and September 2007.
