"Remote Tower" is set to be the future of airport control towers. Air traffic controllers no longer need to be on-site, but can now control aircraft thanks to digitalization. The author was able to visit Europe's first remote tower center in Sundsvall, northern Sweden. In several interviews, he was able to explain this technological development to the audience and place it in a broader context.
