The SVP in the canton of St. Gallen appeared divided ahead of the vote on the pension reform. A dispute erupted at the party meeting in Steinach. This photo shows the party leadership, consisting of Michael Götte, Walter Gartmann, Sascha Schmid, Lukas Huber, and Esther Friedli, on the podium. It was taken shortly before Friedli spoke out against the parent party.
