L’artiste ghanéen Ibrahim Mahama était à Berne en mai pour le vernissage de son œuvre recouvrant la Kunsthalle. Réalisée à partir de sacs de jute recyclés issus du commerce du cacao, l’installation évoque les héritages coloniaux et les liens entre le Ghana et la Suisse. Selon le magazine ArtReview, l'artiste est aujourd’hui le plus influent de la scène internationale, classé en tête du Power100.
