Phénix (Portrait 2025, par Maurice Haas) - Swiss Press Award

On October 14, 2023, we took the first portrait photos of David in a friend's photo studio in Zurich. Before that, I picked David up from the rehabilitation clinic in Bellikon, where he has been receiving treatment for months. It is the first time that I have seen David like this since the accident, which happened on may 5th 2023. About 70% of his skin is marked by third-degree burns.
