Venerdì 19 luglio, nel bel mezzo delle vacanze estive, un'interruzione globale dei computer ha bloccato gran parte del mondo. I redattori mi hanno chiamato per verificare la situazione all'aeroporto di Zurigo. Molti passeggeri erano seduti nei corridoi, la maggior parte dei voli era stata cancellata e solo pochi aerei in decollo aggiungevano rumore al caos.
