The Swiss-run luxury nursing home Vivobene in Thailand is practically empty. Caring for dementia patients is expensive in Switzerland. It would be cheaper in Thailand, including luxury. But demand from long-term patients is minimal. The Swiss project Vivobene is in shambles. Currently, there is only one patient in the nursing home.
