The canton of Fribourg possesses a rich trove of field names. Unlike other regions of Switzerland, however, these have not yet been systematically researched. For this project, I selected eighty field names and photographed them at their locations. Based on these photographs, five authors conducted research and compiled their findings. The result is the first field name book of the canton.
