The "Cooking School" series has been running since 2011: Over 90 step-by-step cooking reports have already been published. On each page, I let a chef cook and talk, sharing tips and a simple recipe. In addition to priceless service, the series also offers a "human touch" in the sense that chefs are only human, too.
