The "Räbehegel" is a traditional carnival custom in Klingnau (AG) where two masked figures, "s Lächerli" and "s Brieggerli," chase children through the old town on Shrove Thursday. Cracking whips, they drive the schoolchildren out of their schools and pursue them as the children try to pelt the Räbehegel with cabbage stalks.
