Nexhat Morina, known to everyone as Dede, has been head of security at Biel's Chessu for 20 years. Dede is originally from Kosovo. He fled at the age of 17 and was deeply affected by the war. Things haven't always been quiet at Chessu either: he has testified as a witness to violent crimes a total of 51 times. Because of gangs, he even avoided going out on the streets alone for a while.
