The Ferrari family has been roasting Spanish nuts in Dietikon since 1924. Roasting coffee is actually their main business. But during Advent, their Spanish nuts are a big hit. Renato Ferrari roasts five tons annually – on a roasting machine that's over 120 years old. The 85-year-old has no intention of stopping anytime soon.
