Leider befand sich der Mann, Said Ben Aid, in der zerstörten Bergdorf Adouz mit 200 Einwohnern, von denen 34 gestorben sind.Das Erdbeben in Marokko hat in den kleinen Dörfern im Atlasgebirge eine Spur der Zerstörung hinterlassen. Hunderte sind tot, ganze Orte und Familien ausradiert. Die Hinterblieben kämpfen verzweifelt ums Überleben.

The epicentre of the severe earthquake in Morocco, on 8th September, was located in the Atlas Mountains. In the once picturesque mountain village of Adouz, 34 of the approximately 200 residents have died. The survivors desperately search for the buried (197), later, outside volunteers join the effort (198). Those who are taken to the hospital on a motorcycle, are lucky (199). For others, any help comes too late: after a prayer, a victim is buried (200).
