Two brothers have taken the somewhat crazy gamble of producing Spanish-style ham in Vaumarcus, using black pigs raised in Neuchâtel. Boudry, 08.09.2015, Two brothers of Spanish origin produce pata negra ham in Vaumarcus. Tomas and Eleuterio Alcala raise woolly pigs and produce dried and cured pata negra ham in an old building in Vaumarcus.
