"Espresso Aha" is a regular feature in Radio SRF 1's consumer magazine "Espresso." A listener asked the question: "Is the wood-fired bread in supermarkets really baked in real wood-fired ovens?" Along with a short explanatory article with the answer, a profile of the "real" wood-fired baker Werner Kast was produced.
