For the relaunch of the magazine of top Swiss chef Andreas Caminada, I photographed the kitchen of his Belgian colleague Gert De Mangeleer (also a three-Michelin-starred chef). The photo of his team sorting and preparing tomatoes (over 100 varieties grow in his greenhouses) was taken from De Mangeleer's office on the second floor, where he has a view of the entire kitchen.
